I will start by saying the lift was the slowest I’ve ever experienced in my existence. Very friendly staff, room was on 6th floor (63) very clean, ironing board & iron, aircon, tv, tea coffee kettle etc (no milk), very comfy bed, balcony and had sea views. Bathroom was tiny, I kid you not I had to stand to wipe my backside, does the job for the short time there, clean and good powerful water, hairdryer. The corridor echos like crazy and the sound travels, no way to close the door quietly as they bang. I’m a heavy sleeper so didn’t affect me too much. Roof top terrace is a hidden gem, great views and fair prices, only issues we had was the smell of sewerage as the air vents are in the ground on the roof, never stopped us using it daily, was always busy. Breakfast was good, 5 options and included fresh orange & tea or coffee. Very busy around the hotel but it is central and lots of noise in the night, I seen other reviews and expected this anyway. Stayed over the fiesta period and 8am every morning the loudest BANG goes off and constant fireworks and bangers going off all day and night. Luggage room when you checkout to hold your cases for later flights. Would i return - absolutely, highly recommend, yes there’s noise but it’s expected so don’t moan as others are doing when the reviews are accurate.

We are well travelled in and around Benidorm and this was.our first stay at Queens Hotel. It has been upgraded very well, the room was small but comfortable and we had a fab balcony (room 70 ) to enjoy the wonderful view of the old Town and the sea. We were bed & breakfast and the choice on offer was fantastic. We opted for full cooked English option with coffee a d freshly squeezed orange juice. Not buffet... made to order. The location for us was.perfect as we love to stroll around the old Town enjoying the tapas bars and shops but it was a lovely stroll along Levante and Poniente beach. For the brits who enjoy the nightlife it wasn't far at all and taxus are plentiful. The rooftop bar is a very special place to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the terrace outside the Hotel gets very busy and a great place to people watch. A hop across the street and its straight into Tapas Alley where you can enjoy all the offerings of Benidorm. A stroll up to the viewpoint is a must. Uninterrupted views of the whole of Benidorm. The staff were all very friendly and for non Spanish speakers most could speak English. Rooms were cleaned each day and our request for extra pillows not a problem at all and sorted out quickly. We will definitely come and stay again.... although looks pretty busy for the next few months so get in quickly.

we enjoyed our stay and found all of the staff pleasant hard working and always friendly breakfast was included and freshly cooked to order which was a nice touch while the hotel was older and rooms a bit small there were never any issues with hot water and fresh towels location was very good for old town bars and restaurants there was a small rooftop bar with reasonably priced drinks and great views we would happily stay here again without hesitation its very clean and well maintained i suggest you give it a try

Hotel is in an ideal location, so close to the beach & near lots of different bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was really good. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and would definitely go back. Hotel rooftop terrace was amazing and had great views - photo provided in the review, even mist gets let out to help cool you down during the day. Overall extremely happy and glad we chose the Queens Hotel.

Easy to find. Location for Old Town is superb. Room we had on 7th floor had great sea and town views, not every room does, so we got lucky. Breakfast is top notch, a great surprise as price for stay was super value and to get such a nice breakfast was lovely. Roof top bar is a nice addition, nice and chilled and also a nice place to sit and pass time after booking out and filling that void time that you have waiting for your transport to the airport.
